Change encoding of all selected and the current cell. Encodings can be change only for non-Unicode fields. So only in ID3v1 tag mode. The encoding can be changed only to a relative one. For example, if the current encoding is Western European (Windows-1252) then it can be changed to Western European (ISO-8859-1). Or if you want to change from Greek (Windows-1253) to Greek (MacGreek) you should choose Windows-1253 in View->Encoding at first.

Change charset
|
Change charset of all selected and the current cell. The charset can be changed only for Unicode fields. So only in ID3v2 tag mode.
Before changing charset you should choose the current encoding correctly. For example, if you see Cyrillic symbols and you know that a field should be in Greek then choose in View->Encoding Cyrillic (Windows-1251) and then Change charset->Greek (Windows-1253).
